Precision Appraisal Services Inc. is experienced in appraisal of specialized properties such as fertilizer handling facilities, commercial greenhouses and bulk fuel cardlock sites. We also provide appraisal services for churches, golf courses and fly-in fishing camps.

Precision Appraisal Services Inc. is an approved appraiser of residential properties for most banks, credit unions, mortgage companies and underwriters in the residential mortgage market today. We also offer services such as valuation for estate, divorce, pre-marketing or purchase price confirmation.

Precision Appraisal Services Inc. will do duplex, fourplex, semi-detached units and larger apartment buildings.

Replacement Cost

Precision Appraisal Services Inc. provides replacement cost valuations of commercial buildings, using current building cost data to ensure you are not over or under insured.

Precision Appraisal Services Inc. provides property assessment review/appeal services throughout Saskatchewan. Our primary service area for real estate appraisal services is northeastern Saskatchewan, although we are available for assignment in all areas of Saskatchewan and northwestern Manitoba.
