In
addition to being a Professional Agrologist, Mark Dean has been designated
as an Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute and Professional Appraiser
(AACI, P.App.) by the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Founded in 1938 and
based in Ottawa, the Appraisal Institute of Canada is the premier real
estate appraisal association in Canada (www.aicanada.ca).
Since becoming an independent Real Property Valuation Consultant, Mark
Dean has successfully represented commercial property owners and ownership
groups in property assessment appeals, and developed many real estate
appraisal and consulting reports on a wide range of property types, including
general commercial, resort commercial, industrial and special purpose
properties, agricultural land and buildings, acreage properties and urban
residential properties.
